You may use the Service without creating an account. If you choose to create an account, you are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account.

4. User Content

You retain all rights to the content you create using the Service, including your CV data, text, and uploaded photos. We do not claim ownership of your content. You are solely responsible for the accuracy and legality of the information you include in your CV.

6. AI-Powered Features

The Service offers AI-powered features for content suggestions. AI-generated content is provided as-is and may not always be accurate or appropriate. You are responsible for reviewing, editing, and verifying any AI-generated content before including it in your CV. We are not liable for any consequences arising from the use of AI-generated content.

7. Local Storage

Without an account, your CV data is stored in your browser's local storage. We are not responsible for data loss resulting from clearing browser data, switching browsers, or device changes. We recommend downloading your CV as PDF regularly.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its templates, design, code, and branding, is owned by OnePapyr and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer any part of the Service. The CV templates are licensed for personal use in creating your own CVs.

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that any CV created will result in employment or pass any specific applicant tracking system (ATS).

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, OnePapyr shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of employment opportunities, or loss of profits, arising from your use of the Service.

11. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, for any reason, without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

12. Changes to Terms

We may modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms. We will make reasonable efforts to notify users of significant changes.

13. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which OnePapyr operates, without regard to conflict of law provisions.
